Spacious family villa on quiet, well maintained complex with large swimming pool, gardens, small childrens' play area and pool.
- 3 bedrooms - 3 shower rooms - 4 balconies - built-in BBQ - airconditioning - open plan lounge and dining area. (2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room and lounge has 2 single sofa beds).

Equipped for families: equipment includes hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, griddle, wachine machine, Play Station one and selection of games, DVD player and selection of films, various beach toys/pool inflatables. Available to use free of charge - travel cot and bedding, dining booster seat, pushchairs, 3 childrens' bicycles.

Sun loungers, parasols and showers by the poolside are available for guest use free of charge.

Airport transfers or car hire can be arranged from Antalya airport - guests are met in person by our reliable and friendly contact (who speaks excellent English, German and of course, Turkish) - payable in Euros on arrival.

We prefer to leave 2 days between all our bookings to allow thorough cleaning of the villa and also that you may be free to enjoy the whole of your last day of holiday - simply leave whenever is convenient to you!

We are happy to accept payment in Euros or in GBP. Price is per week for the villa, for up to 8 people, inclusive of water, gas, electricity and cleaning - NO hidden extras to pay!

Conveniently located on the coastal road D400 which runs from Antalya to Alanya: From Antalya airport, follows signs ALANYA/MERSIN Stay on this same main road for approx 1 hour Having passed through Avsallar, then Turkler you will enter Payallar - turn left at the traffic lights. Turn left again, then left at the sign Yasemin Villalari, then turn right to enter the complex. Continue straight ahead and right - go forward to the end to park outside the door of the end house.
