101 Deva, modern, elegant and comfortable apartment on two levels located block from the soft white sand of Playa del Carmen and two blocks from shopping walkway on 5th Avenue. The residence is furnished and decorated to thinking about the pleasures and convenience of guests, our priority is to satisfy your needs and pamper you so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

The department has spacious areas inside and outside, light and large windows bathe the space with natural light and living room with high ceilings that houses a natural palm. All social areas of residency are composed of open plan design, elegant pearl colored marble floors and the use of large windows that cover the building that illuminate all areas of natural light.

The apartment has been conditioned and equipped for six guests divided as follows:

Two guests at the second level in the "Green Bedroom" (master bedroom) that is equipped with a king size bed, wooden closets and drawers, private bath, DVD and LCD screen.

Two more guests on the ground floor in the "Red Bedroom" which is equipped with Queen size bed, closets and drawers of wood, marble counter tops, DVD player and LCD screen.

Another two more guests in the family area or TV room has a futon convertible to two single beds or one king size lounge chairs to enjoy the plasma screen TV and DVD player, computer desk and a beautiful view of the Caribbean.

For the entertainment of our guests the residence was equipped with two LCD flat screens 32 "plasma flat screen 50", three DVD players, a great selection of DVD movies, Playstation2 console and wireless internet for your laptop .

The elegant kitchen is decorated and finished with granite counter tops, modern cabinetry, is also fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances for food preparation and consumption in the circular glass table and six leather chairs in the dining room.

Roof spaces are designed condominium to enjoy and spend the day relaxing and basking in the wonderful atmosphere of Playa del Carmen. Relax and have fun in the beautiful infinity pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the incredible Caribbean Sea, while their family members or friends use the food preparation area and drinks, sun beds, and shower seats.

Other department facilities include room service laundry center (washing / drying) and private underground parking that you can use in case of a rental car if you plan to visit some of the many natural attractions and historical tourism as Xel- Ha, Xcaret, Coba, Chichen-Itza, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, Tulum and more.

On the beautiful beach located just steps from the apartment you can enjoy the sea, drink and eat delicious food at the Beach Club Royal Canibal while listening to his eclectic music selection.

To our guests we provide and receive a gift basket, cleaning the apartment once a week, white and linen change once a week, cleaning and washing, hand soap and body shampoo and conditioner, towels for swimming pool and beach, purified water and a safe. The guests are given a cell phone with local number to communicate with department staff in case of emergencies, require information or simply to have a phone number where you can be reached while on vacation.

Before coming to our administrator or staff can agree on and coordinate other extra services such as body massages, babysitter, cook, laundry, cleaning or any other service you need at a reasonable cost and competitive.
