Luxurious and stylish, two bedroom home situated in the impressive and prestigious holiday village of The Bay, Filey surrounded by 100 acres of peaceful parkland and with private access to a magnificent stretch of beach. Serendipity is ideally suited for both families and couples, offering a peaceful and idyllic retreat to ‘get away from it all’ and just 'chill out' surrounded by the beauty of this amazing stretch of North Yorkshire’s East coast nestled between the traditional seaside towns of Scarborough and Bridlington. Or, if you prefer to be more active, there’s lots to see and do in this magnificent part of Yorkshire. Or if you want to be active but don't want to travel......you don't need to now that the new on site Leisure Centre is open. My guests have automatic membership with free access to the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Gym, tennis courts and various daily activities are available for a small charge to The Bay. The Leisure Centre is only a couple of minutes walk from the cottage just next to the pub, and a timetable of events can be obtained from the Reception Staff.

Beautifully designed and fitted to an exceptionally high standard throughout, with luxurious contemporary furnishings and central heating. Ground floor consists of reception hall with cloakroom, large L shaped open plan lounge, dining area & kitchen with French doors opening onto a small garden and patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Modern integrated kitchen includes electric hob and oven with grill, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, 8 piece dinner service & glassware, all cooking utensils & necessities. Comfortable living & dining area has 2 leather sofas, 32" flat screen TV, DVD/CDplayer, large oak dining table, coffee table, and a selection of books, DVDs, CDs and games. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom with luxury bed linen, 19" flat screen TV, CD radio, hairdryer, wardrobe & drawers, 1 twin bedroom with walk in wardrobe & drawers and the house bathroom with bath and shower & all towels are included. Additional items to make your stay more comfortable include: iron & ironing board, travel cot & highchair, beach chairs, wind breaker & picnic rug, and a welcome hamper containing lots of life's necessities and just a few of life's luxuries!
