Spacious, fully air-conditioned 2 storey villa offers a welcoming holiday destination within a gated community

Our 6 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is set in a stunning location in Sunset Lakes, less than 4 miles to Disney. We have many unique facilities including a genuine Rockola Jukebox and fully equipped games room. Genuine south facing pool with extended deck and hot tub/spa, overlooking conservation offers privacy and a chance to "get to know" some local wildlife! We love our home and hope you will too.

The Master Suite.
Which includes a King-size bed, 32" cable TV and DVD player, Ipod docking alarm clock radio, ceiling fan and patio doors leading to the master balcony overlooking the conservation area. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in close, twin vanity units with spot/dressing room lights, a large walk-in shower and separate garden style tub.

2 Queen Bedrooms.
Both with cable TV's, fitted closets, drawer units and Ipod docking alarm clock radio's. One of the queen bedrooms has a sliding door onto the pool deck.

Triple Bedroom.
This room has a Winnie the Pooh theme with full with a twin (single) upper bunk bed with built closet and separate draw unit. TV/DVD combo and Ipod docking alarm clock radio.

2 Twin Bedrooms.
1 has a Mickey Mouse theme with Cable TV and Ipod docking alarm clock radio. The other has a Harry Potter theme with Cable TV and PS2 games system. They both come with built in closets and separate draw units.

Family Room.
This spacious area has a 50" Plasma HDTV and Playstation 3 games system and an Original Rock-Ola Bubbler Juke box.
We also provide a secure wireless Internet connection and a selection of board games and books for young and old.

Fully equipped Kitchen.
Our spacious kitchen is open plan to the family and dining rooms. The kitchen comes complete with a large american cooker/oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, Ameriacan style side by side fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is also a good selection of outdoor plates and glasses for use around the pool area.

Utility Room.
The seperate utility room has a large, separate washer and dryer, iron and ironing board - no need to take all that dirty washing home.

Games Room.
The spacious Games Room comes with Pool and Foosball Tables, Dart Board, Punch Dummy, Slot Machine, Brio style Train Table and other toys and games for the younger members of your group.

To the rear, the villa has a wonderful private, extended deck and lanai with a stunning conservation view, enjoy the tranquility and watch the wildlife whilst relaxing in our fabulous hot tub/spa and pool.
