SARASOTA HOME! The home is located in Sarasota. 4.7 miles from the Siesta Key Beach. It is in a quiet delvelopment, cul-de-sac and has shopping centers, Doctors Hospital, less than 2 miles from the I-75. The bedrooms are with brazilian cherry wood floors, the living room, kitchen, dining are porcelain tile floors, the bathrooms are marble and granite, it has phone and cable tv, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, toaster, microwave, upgraded appliances, washer and dryer. It is the perfect home away from home. Space is flexible, nightly, weekly or monthly. A pet deposit fee of $300.00 is required, however, it is refundable if there is no damage. The price is $1585/monthly and it is currently available for mid March. PRICES ARE DISCOUNTED FOR MULTIPLE WEEKS. (i.e. 1 week $750.00 or 2 weeks at $550.00 each week).
