The Old Stables Villa, 66 square metres, is bright, airy, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. It enjoys it's own private space, with sunbeds and only 50 metres from the pool amongst Olive and Fig trees. There are sea and mountain views, tranquil, but only 10 minutes from the coast.

The villa has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes with hanging space and shelves.
The bathroom has a power shower, WC and a hand basin with vanity unit and hairdryer.

The modern American-style kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, juicer, picnic cool box and iron. A breakfast bar links to the living area, which has two sofas, one of which is a comfortable sofa bed. The dining table will seat six.

There is a 32 inch LCD TV with English satellite and Spanish free view programmes and a DVD player with movies. A WiFi connection is available. Outside is a private terrace with sun loungers and a patio area with table, chairs and barbeque.

All rooms have ceiling fans and for the chilly winter nights there is Gas central heating. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets.
