Our brand new Villa Aquaventura is air-conditioned and can accommodate 6 people + baby. It is located in Cape Coral, also known as the Venice of southwest Florida. Our waterfront villa is located on a canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Cape Coral is a half-hour drive from the Regional Southwest Airport of Fort Myers. Cape Coral is a family destionation and is ideally situated for exploring Florida: you are at one hour of the Everglades park, the natural habitat of alligators. The theme parks of Orlando, Kennedy Space Center or vibrating Miami are only 2,5 hours away. The islands Pine Islands, Sanibel and Captiva are very close, you can reach by car or by boat and can enjoy the dolphins or manatees. The public golf course in Coral Oaks is located a few steps away. Florida is also a paradise for shopping fans: you will find many outlets of famous brands. You can do your daily shopping at Publix or Walmart (5 minutes by car) and good restaurants are only 10 min. away.
