To add adventure to your getaway, you'll be just a short drive from whitewater rafting, horseback riding, hiking, boating, fishing, golfing, mountain biking or antique shopping. The towns of Ellijay, Cherry Log, and Blue Ridge are just a short drive from your mountain cabin. The best part-at the end of the day, you'll have our comfortable and luxurious cabin to come home to.

Talking Rock Creek Properties is a gated mountain resort in a secluded and peaceful mountain retreat near the south shores of Carters Lake. Amenities include a Recreational Center that contains tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a workout room and large pond for picnicking and several hiking trails. A brand new Trout Lodge offers trout fishing, parties and picnics plus a new clubhouse and new pool facility will be open in the summer. Guests have free access to all resort amenities.

Adjacent to beautiful Carters Lake, just 20 minutes from Ellijay, Georgia. Carters Lake is the deepest man-made lake east of the Mississippi river; it is just across the street from Talking Rock Creek Properties and provides all sorts of lake fun such as fishing, hiking, swimming, camping, boating, picnic areas and more. Be sure to visit the impressive Corps of Engineers Dam.
