Description:

The house, which respects all the characteristics of popular architecture sanabresa (stone, slate, wood), is located right in the old part of the medieval town of Puebla de Sanabria, very near the Plaza Mayor and Castillo.

The furniture and materials have been selected by the owners to make the house a welcoming place. Trust and hope that the rustic lovers enjoy the details.

The name of the house "The Kids of Thomas" is caused by a fragment of a play whose manuscript was found in the house before reform. It was written in 1864 by D. Casto Garcia y Garcia and possibly was one of the many people who had the house throughout its history. While obviously not met D. Casto nor is our family, we want to pay this small tribute.

Distribution:

The house has two floors of 60 m2 each one. The distribution is as follows:

• Ground floor: entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom (with 2 bunk beds 90 cm + 1 folding bed 80 cm) and lounge (with dining table for 10 guests).

• First floor: distributor, bathroom with bath, bedroom (with double bed 150 cm and balcony), bedroom (with 2 beds 90 cm + 1 trundle bed, 90 cm), bedroom (with 2 beds 90 cm and veranda overlooking the mountain).

Finished:

• Carpentry: iroko wood exterior doors, interior doors pine, iroko wood windows.
• Flooring: Slate (ground floor) and laminated flooring (on the first floor).
• Walls: stone vista (original house)

Capacity:

8 to 10 people

Equipment:

• Appliances: washing machine, refrigerator, iron (ironing board), mixer, oven, fume hood, coffee (also an Italian), TV (with Freeview), DVD.
• Heating: radiators Climastar in all parts of the house.
• Hot water: 2 flasks of 100 liters each independently supplying each plant.
• Lingerie: fully equipped (quilts, blankets, quilts, sheets, towels, tablecloths, ..).
• Dishes: Fully equipped.
• Furniture: solid wood.

The entire house is rented.

High season (Summer: 1jun-30sep, Christmas 15dic-10ene and Easter):
• Week-end: 350 € (8 people)
• Additional night: 175 € (8 people)
• bed: 25 € / night (2 extra pullout bed)

Low season (rest):
• Week-end: 300 € (8 people)
• Additional night: 150 € (8 people)
• Extra bed: 20 € / night (2 extra pullout bed)
