Beautiful One Bedroom Apartment in Kennebunkport, Maine

This beautiful apartment (half of a house) with a separate office, large studio type bedroom/living room, separate full kitchen and dining area is within biking distance of the beach and downtown Kennebunkport.

Outside you have for, your private use, your own deck with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ grill. Upon entering you will find an office/sitting room and bath on the first floor. The second floor has 1 Bedroom/Living Room with a double bed, Queen futon and two leather recliners. It offers TV, DVD, VCR, Cable/internet access and computer. The full kitchen features a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, blender and all necessary pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Utilities included.

There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with dressing area. Parking available.

A great little place for a weekend get away, a week vacation or monthly rental. 5 minute ride to downtown Kennebunkport or Goose Rocks Beach. Two minutes more and your at Gooches Beach and add just a few minutes more and your at Biddeford Pool Beach. Many to choose from.

Visit us in spring, which starts in May and is the beginning of wonderful, perfect days and nights in Maine. You'll still need a sweater but you can feel the warmth about to burst as the daffadils and crocuses show their faces.

June officially is the beginning of what a season in paradise should be like. With wonderful clear blue days and perfect nights which are still on the cool side of warm and no mosquitoes. Watch everything bloom and blossom as summer comes into full swing with gorgeous weather. Come sit on a porch, walk on a beach, stroll through a quaint little village and don't forget to eat some lobster. Join us in saying, "Just another day in paradise!"

Train: Amtrak to Wells, Me Airport: Portland Airport is the closest. You can also come into Boston, Ma. and drive north to Maine or Manchester, NH and drive East and North to Maine. Please google from where ever your coming to our address. That would be the best way. If you have any problems just call us.

Such a pleasant experience. I enjoyed it all. Jenny and her son are such great hosts;i felt just like at home with them, and the place is just "charming";I Can't wait to go back.

I highly recommend it. It is the right place to unwind from it all and enjoy nature at it's best, did i mention she has a lovely garden and that her place is close to the beach and night life as well? well, i felt like i had it all.

Thanks Jenny and Travis and jenny's friend with the motorcycle, i left renewed.

We just returned from a week at The Graces and haven't felt more relaxed and rested after a vacation in a long time. It's very peaceful being there. Jeanne has thought of everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is very nicely decorated with beautiful grounds. Lovely fresh bouquets of flowers from Jeanne's garden to add just a nice touch throughout the apartment. The location is very convenient and just a short distance to beautiful beaches and wonderful little coastal towns with breathtaking ocean scenry and wonderful restaurants. Returning from our daily walks we would be greeted by Jeanne's two dogs, Savannah and Rosie. We also enjoyed meeting Jeanne's son, Travis. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home! It was a great week. Thank you Jeanne.

This is the second time my partner and I stayed at The Graces, and again we enjoyed it so very much! When we came for the first time last year, my daughter and her husband joined us. They were celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary and They were thrilled! They loved the location, the apartment, the tranquility, but most of all they loved Jeanne's warmth and welcoming manner. She is the best host you can ever hope for. She does not leave anything to chance, everything is taken care of. From the lovely decor and cleanliness, to all the extra little touches she has added to The Graces, makes it very special. Her suggestions for Restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc. are excellent. We intend to continue returning to The Graces, it's a home away from home. The peace, beauty and tranquility in this wonderful place is something everyone should experience.

The Graces est l'endroit idéal pour passer vos vacances à Kennebunkport. À quelques miles des plages et du village, vous vous sentirez chez vous.

Propre, charmant et accueillant, the Graces est mieux qu'un hôtel 4*. Toujours disponible et à notre écoute, la propriétaire Jeanne nous guide et recommande les meilleurs restos, activités et plages selon nos budgets.

My mother and her partner rented the Graces to celebrate our anniversary for a two night stay over the July 4th weekend, and what a pleasure it was! Jeanne and her son, Travis, made our stay so enjoyable. She was helpful and kind throughout our stay.

The apartment is divine! A perfect amount of space for two or four people. The layout was great, and Jeanne has the place furnished beautifully! So many lovely and warm accents that make you feel like you're at home. Her home is located near local beaches, great places to eat, and the town of Kennebunkport. We even went to Portland for dinner, which is only a half hour drive. We highly recommend Fore Restaurant in Portland and Pier 77 in Kennebunkport to eat, both Jeanne's suggestions to us and they were spot on!
Great location, beautiful accommodation and a terrific host.
We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I were one of the first couples to rent The Graces. We knew right away that we had stumbled upon something very special.

This apartment is located in a lovely residential neighborhood, yet an easy distance from "Everything Maine." It is extremely clean and comfortable and very homelike.

My husband and I have done a lot of traveling, throughout this country as well as abroad. We find the time we spent at The Graces to be one of our more enjoyable travel experiences.

Kennebunkport is unique and Jeanne is one of the nicest hostesses you could hope for. She goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable and you can be sure of taking fond memories with you when you leave The Graces.
