Resort right on the North shore of Clear Lake. Lots of amenities. Wonderful views of the lake.Each cottage is individually decorated and has a B&B look. Great place for fishing, boating, wine tasting trips, golfing, bird watching, or just relaxing. We have 8 cottages. Some are single cottages, duplex, and triplex. All are one bedroom except #3 is a two bedroom. 1 & 2 or 6 & 7 can be opened up to get a bigger unit. All our units have showers except 4 and 8 have jacuzzi tub and shower. All have full kitchens except number 6 which just has a small frig., coffee pot, and microwave. We cater to individuals and groups. We have grass and flowers all around. Young and old like to visit our game room for arcade and pool table. Launch your boat from here and dock in one of our slips or rent a boat nearby. Fish from our pier which has a fireplace to keep you warm on those cool nights. Watch the sunrise or sunset from your deck or balcony.
Country Cottage #1&2 are one bedroom with a queen and trundle bed, full kitchen, and bath and run $75 off season and $85 in season for up to 2 people max. 4 people. Captain's Quarters #3 is a single house that has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bath, balcony with table chairs and gas BBQ this runs $95 off season and $130 in season for up to 4 people max. 6. #4 The Coconut Shack (has jacuzzi tub and shower) & #5 the Lake House are single houses that have one bedroom, full kitchen, bath and balcony with table chairs and gas BBQ and run #95 off season and $140 in season for up to 2 people max. 4. #6 the Fishing Shack has one bedroom and bath small frig, microwave and coffee pot this unit is $75 off season and $90 in season for up to 2 people max. is 4 people and this can open up to #7. #7 the Boat House is a one bedroom, full kitchen, bath, balcony with table chairs and gas BBQ and runs $95 off season and $140 in season for up to 2 people and max. 4 people can open up and combine to #6. #8 is the Beach House has one bedroom, full kitchen, bath with jacuzzi tub and shower patio and grass area right next to water. This runs $100 off season and 140 in season for up to 2 people max is 4 people. Each additional person is charged 10 per nigth per person up to max. for each unit. Come visit us. PIer, Dock, Boat Launch, Beach, Game room open to all guests. All of our properties are use at your own risk. All are Clean and well maintained. We have an automatic charge to your unit of $20 if dishes are left dirty. You may cancel anytime up to 30 days before arrival at no charge. Within the 30 days you will be charged for your stay but if we rent out for the time of your stay we will credit 1/2 back to you.

Directions:

From Hwy. 101 take exit for Hwy. 20 and go East on Hwy 20. Go through Nice, Lucerne, and about 1 1/2 miles past Glenhaven look for a blue advisory sign which reads "State Fire Station" (with an arrow), we are located right after that sign on the right side toward the lake. From Hwy. 5 , go west on Hwy 20 (to the left if comming from the south and right if comming from the north). After passing Clearlake Oaks we are about 1 1/2 miles past on the left hand side. You will see a blue advisory sign just before our place which reads "State Fire Station" (and an arrow), we are right after the sign on the left toward the lake. From Hwy. 29 in Lower Lake take Hwy. 53 straight ahead at the signal. Follow 53 till it dead ends into Hwy. 20. Turn left onto Hwy. 20. Go throuht Clearlake Oaks. We are approx. 1 1/2 miles past Clearlake Oaks you will see a blue advisory sign that says "State Fire Station" we are on the left (lake side) after the sign.
