Stunning 3 bedroom home located in a deed restricted community of Rotonda West on Florida’s gulf coast

Our Home offers all you need for an utterly relaxing holiday. The home is spacious, beautifully and newly furnished, air conditioned, with cathedral ceilings, solar and electric heated pool, overlooking a waterway. The grounds are beautifully landscaped offering a private retreat for our guests.

The enclosed pool and lanai area is accessible by sliding glass doors from the master bedroom, the dining room and the family room. There is a gas grill provided for your outdoor cooking pleasure.

The home has a master bedroom suite opening to the pool area with the two other guest bedrooms located on the opposite side of the house. The master bedroom has a spacious en-suite with two (his/hers) vanities and two large walk-in closets. The second bathroom is located between the two guest bedrooms and also opens to the pool area. Master bedroom has a king size bed, LCD TV with DVD player, second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has a futon bed with a computer desk (internet access).

A well equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, a utility area with washer and dryer.

From the foyer, you enter into the spacious open plan great room, with a cathedral ceiling, 42 inch wide screen TV (cable equipped, DVD player).

This home is furnished to a high standard with all necessary amenities to ensure your stay in luxury and comfort. Whether you enjoy fishing, boating, golfing, sunbathing, shopping or just want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Just bring your clothes and enjoy your stay. Rotonda is the perfect location for trips to Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, Orlando and the Everglade, are within 1 to 3 hours drive. Beautiful white sand beaches and sparkling blue water of the Gulf Coast to enjoy are within a 10-20 minute drive. Restaurant and shops are within 5 to 15 minutes drive, and abundance of golf courses is within blocks.

Comments:

Wonderful location, very private! Rooms are a great size. House nicely decorated with pool. It was a great stay. We love to golf and this house is a short walking distance to one of the 7 golf courses!

We will definitely return.
