6). Dog is welcome but permit on request and at the cost $12/night, per dog.
7). $75 dollars cleaning fee as per booking.
8). Payment Options: PayPal, Cash, Credit Card on-line payment (Visa, Master, American Express Card or debit card), and Direct Bank Deposit.
9). Minim stay for 3 night. Check In: 3 p.m. Check Out: 12 p.m.
10). Deposits and cancellation: 20% of the rent is required to complete the booking. Balance due 3weeks in advance or cash on arrival. If cancellation less than 35 days prior, payments are not refundable.
