The only Finca-Chalet around Palma that can accommodate up to 20 people at once now available for holiday rental. We are able to offer you a quiet alternative in the country with the style and character of a typical mallorcan Finca-Chalet, which is only 10 minutes away from the provincial capital Palma (6 km northwest). This house with very much character is for 20 people, has nine double bedrooms, four bathrooms, big gardens, private pool and a very nice patio.

The whole plot is approximately 3000 m² of which 450 m² is used for the built area. There are 9 bedrooms for 20 people, 4 baths, a living room with open fire place where you can find an extensive Majorca-library, a great and perfectly equipped kitchen, a big conservatory with three coolers and refrigerators shelves and storage areas, two gardens with camp fire-place, hammocks to relax, a big pool (11 m length x 6 m width x 2,40 m depth) with baby-pool, trampoline, children slope, garden-furniture, many comfortable sun beds, parasols and a solar-shower with warmwater at the pool area.

Everyday life takes place in the kitchen or in the romantic roofed garden of the inner courtyard with torches, candles, BBQ-Grill, Paella cooking ware and many garden-furniture´s. Parking places in the inner courtyard for up to 10 cars, the entire estate is enclosed (absolutely children-safe!). For the children there are lots of toys, swinger and a BABYBAY (baby bed with grid). There are a SAT and TDT-receiver, DVD and CD-Player, a mini-safe, a Wi-Fi and ADSL internet connection is also available free of charge. You could also benefit from unlimited calls to all European countries via our VoIP page and your own laptop. Our home is clean and families, with or without children, are always welcome.
The Finca-Chalet can be rented daily and also by small groups up to 6 people, occupying only part of the property for half of the price.

The private pool is open from 01.05. until 01.11. of each year. Weekly checks will be carried out by a professional pool service to ensure a good and fresh quality of water all the time.

Directions:

Taxi: The fare is approximately 25 Euros for a 10-15 minutes ride. Feel free to use: mallorcataxi.com for information or reservations on their service. At the Palma de Majorca airport, you will see directly at the right side a well organized taxi-stand where sufficient cars are awaiting for you around the clock. The taxis are normally fair and cheap in Spain. Inside the taxi the price fee are obviously in several languages but keep an eye on the taximeter, this should only be switched on at departure by your taxi driver. Public transport: The fare is altogether approximately 4 Euros per person and the trip can take from 60 to 90 minutes with various stops and changes. The bus stop is located immediately after the airport exit on the right side after the first conveyor belt. The bus departs from the airport every 10 minutes, once at the bus stop catch the big blue bus with No.1, come off at the main train station stop called "Estacion Intermodal Plaza Espana", approx. a 20 minutes ride .There you transfer to the quick-track line Palma-Inca-Manacor and travels to “Pont d' Inca Nou” approx. a 10 minutes ride. In "Pont d' Inca Nou" transfer from the quick-track into the red-yellow Express-Bus No. 302 or 302A and travel up to the stop called “Son Daviu/Es Garrovers”, a 15 minutes ride. The small bus stop is about 50 m away from the Finca-Chalet and is beside several old-material-recycling skips. Rental Car: Best to book those online prior the arrival we recommend: email-car-hire.com or doyouspain.com, which have operated for many years. Tip: Print the route from the airport to the Finca-Chalet from googlemaps.com. Activities: check those over the internet such as leisure, nightlife, shopping, trips, excursions, watersport, in Mallorca anything is possible except for winter sports. Very big holiday home of 450 m² living area, private pool, only few minutes away, by car, from Palma and the famous beaches from Mallorca. All nine bedrooms are furnished with queen or king-size beds, partially air conditioning and central heating; a living room with open fire place where you can find an extensive library. Up to 50% for small groups till 8 persons.

Die großzügige Finca war die perfekte Bleibe für unseren Firmenausflug, einem Team Building Ausflug.

We hope to return next year.

The keyholder waited for us nearly two hours after our landing, because we had problems at airport and with taxi.

Thanks for letting us stay at the Finca-Chalet, we had a lovely time - it is a beautiful place!

Greta had to wait for us but she was very nice and understanding.

She explained everything about the finca to us when we arrived.

We are hoping to return again next year as we really enjoyed our stay at the Finca-Chalet.

thanks for all the special services like the excellent housekeeping and also the private cook, Caroline, which you referred to us, was here the 2 nights and she did a great job.

We enjoyed the fresh homemade Sangria, a grand selection of spanish starters, pescado a la mallorquina and warm chocoloate Brownie with almond ice cream very much, and of course the mallorcan herb liqueur "hierbas".

Very comfortable accommodation.

I will be very happy to help you to make a comment about our stay, because we found the accomodation very confortable (the only suggestion is to install an air condition system in the bedroom over the kitchen - the brown sleeping room with wood - because there is not air circulation and it's very hot).

Wir durften zu 10. ein super Polterw-end im wunderschönen Chalet verbringen. Das Haus und die Ausstattung haben echt unsere kühnsten Erwartungen übertroffen.

Wir hatten einfach nur eine tolle Zeit.

Es war rel. schwer das Haus zu finden und dies nicht nur beim ersten Mal, aber auch das war machbar.

Unbedingt den Food und die Getränke über mercadona.es bestellen. So war bei unserer Ankunft der Kühlschrank schon gefühlt, einfach genial. Und ein Auto braucht man auch, sonst ist man verloren ;-). Bis zum Ballermann 6 braucht man mit dem Auto 20 Minuten.

Etwas anstrengend war die Kommunikation im Vorherein und im Nachhinein, aber dies ist auch kein Leichtes bei Gruppenreisen.

Die Haushälterin war äusserst nett und hilfsbereit. Das Chalet war echt ein Traum und ich würde trotz den zeitweiligen kommunikativen Missverständnissen, wieder bei Willy und Team buchen.
