There is a cooler you can take to the beach. The screened in pool deck offers lounge chairs and a dinner table with chairs.

Attached to the villa is a private Garage that has room to park 2 cars out of the sun and rain. Walk from car to house without ever getting wet. The Fully Equipped Modern kitchen will help you maximize your vacation enjoyment and help keep your Entertaining and living expenses on a budget. The In House laundry room features a electric Washer and Dryer as well as a Iron and Ironing Board.

Each of the Three Spacious bedrooms are equipped with a personal closet and either 1 King size, 1 queen size and 1 full size Bed.
