British owned and managed. Our beautiful riad is a lovingly restored traditional house peacefully situated in a very welcoming neighbourhood in the heart of the medina, five minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna Square.

We rent out individual rooms from £40 - £70 per night as well as the whole riad. Our rooms are all en suite with air conditioning / heater units.

All our rates are fully inclusive of of breakfast, housekeeper, concierge service, mint tea on arrival, complimentary water & free wi - fi.

Our location is ideal for women travellers & lone travellers as well as couples, friends and families who want to get together.

On the ground floor is our lovely plant filled courtyard, with dining table, salon with comfortable seating and peaceful fountain,1 double and 1 twin / triple bedroom, both en-suite. The first floor has 3 double en-suite bedrooms plus a spacious master suite, complete with hammam. A staircase leads up onto the roof terrace with tables for breakfast or dining under the stars and sun loungers and our lovely Bedouin tent for relaxation.

Riad Linda is very centrally situated in a peaceful Derb 5 minutes walk away from the main Djemma el Fna Square. The Riad has been completely renovated to a high standard with modern comforts, yet retains many characterful features - including a beautiful plant filled courtyard garden. Traditional finishes such as tadelakt and zillege have been used throughout.

Riad Linda has a beautiful courtyard dining area, bhou (salon) with fountain, 6 bedrooms (all en-suite) and a hammam (steam room). There is a large, sunny, roof terrace ideal for breakfast or relaxing on sunloungers or in our traditional Bedouin tent.

Our friendly & experienced, English and French speaking staff at Riad Linda will provide a warm welcome with mint tea, and will help to organise trips and excursions further afield, and can arrange for reputable guides help you to navigate your way through the medina.

We have our own Moroccan cook available to prepare fabulous traditional 3-course evening meals in-house such as lemon chicken with olives, lamb tajine,vegetarian couscous .

All our bedrooms have ' state of the art' airconditioning / heating units and are ensuite. All our rates include breakfast.

Our beds all have pure cotton sheets. All towels are supplied & there are hairdryers in all the rooms.

We can also organise private parties with dancers, singers & musicians. We even have our own henna artist!

We also offer cookery lessons with Fadlia our cook. Fadila will show you how to prepare a variety of Moroccan delicacies such as different Tajines, Moroccan cooked salads, and mint tea.You will then be served the meal that you prepared! We will also take you to the nearby spice shops to buy all the spices needed to prepare the dishes at home.

Massages and beauty treatments are also available.

We can also arrange for train & airport transfers. The riad is situated 5km from the train station & airport ( about a 15min drive).

Secure car parking is available nearby.

We can arrange a visit to a hammam( highly recommended!) & excursions to the Atlas Mountains to make your stay even more memorable. Camel riding, trips to the desert ,white water rafting, canyoning & river tubes can also be organised if you are feeling adventurous!

These activities can all be arranged by our manager Rachid when you are in Marrakech.

Directions:

We are located close to the main square Jemaa el Fnaa about 5 minutes walking, Once you are on the Square ask for Café France. With Café France on your right hand side, Derb Dabachi is in front of you. Count 3 small streets (derbs) on the right. Derb Jamaa has bright green and gold flower pots all the way along and a ‘Welcome’ sign painted on one of the arches. Turn right and keep onwalking along the derb. On the left you will see a lilac wall with flowers painted on it. Riad Linda is on the left hand side.
