Directions:

Our address is 2312 3rd Ave, and the building is MODA. The easiest way to get here is to get off of I5 North at the Seneca Exit in downtown (it's a left hand exit). Off the exit get in the right hand lane and take an immediate right onto 6th Ave. Continue down 6th Ave just less than a mile and turn left onto Bell. Then take an immediate right on 3rd and MODA will be on the right hand side. The building is new construction and is orange/grey/brown.
