This condo sets its self apart as it has an ideal location to visit the main attractions in the city with being in the middle of the downtown scene. It is also a modern building built in 1994 versus many of the older buildings built in the 80s or even 50s, and you'll notice the difference in the accommodations. With our unit we offer free and hassel free parking in the garage! Why search for parking or pay for it when you don't have too?

If you're going to stay in downtown, why not stay somewhere and have the view to go along with it? Why would you settle for anything less? Only 1 mile from the Convention Center, and you can cross the street to take a free bus anywhere within the downtown free ride zone!

Directions:

From the Airport take I-5 North to downtown Seattle. Take the Seneca Street Exit, which is off the Left hand side of the freeway in the middle of Downtown Seattle. When exiting, stay to the Right, as you will take a Right at the light and head North on 6th Ave Keep going on 6th until you reach Bell Street where you will take a left (about a Mile) Then take a right on 1st and head North a block and a half. The Address of our building is 2414 1st Avenue and the building is called Belltown Court. We are across the street from the A1 Cleaners and the Cyclops Café, which can be seen by the big neon eyeball light.
