The 3 bedrooms are equipped with 2 queen beds, a trundle bed that can be used as two twin beds or one queen bed, and one queen sleep sofa in the family room.
The cottage sits on a large landscaped lot with plenty of room for the kids to play.
The place is equipped with 5 TV's, VCR, DVD, video and book library, games, stereo with CD, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet, beach chairs and umbrellas as well as toys and a wagon to haul your things to the beach. There is a gas grill as well as a patio set on the back deck. There is a covered deck in the front of the house.
This is an ideal cottage for couples with children. There is a portacrib, highchair, umbrella stroller, and booster chair for your convenience. There is a playground 1 1/2 blocks from the cottage.
It may also be ideal for couples who may want more privacy than a hotel or a large shared cottage would provide. It is a ranch home so if you are concerned about climbing the steps you may want to consider "Shore Delight".
Linens are provided as well as a departure clean and wireless internet. The posted rental prices are all-inclusive - no extra fees added on.
