WONDERFUL FAMILY HOME ON THE OCEAN SIDE OF BUSY OCEAN BLVD..VERY IMPORTANT.. with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Located in a private beach community with private walkway to the beach and pool facilities on site. Features open living room with fireplace, screened porch, and sundeck all with ocean views.

PLEASE REVIEW THE RENTAL RATES BEFORE CONTACTING THE OWNER. THE RATES ARE FIRM. THE MINIMUM RENTAL DAYS ARE FIRM. Weekly Rentals are Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning rentals.

The home has an outside enclosed shower, sun deck and screen porch.

First floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with a king-size bed and bath, second bedroom with a queen-size bed and bath, and a laundry room.

Second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk room with three bunk beds (six twins), and two half baths with a shared tub/shower (Jack and Jill).

Bath Towels and Sheets included.

I love this house! I have vacationed at this house several times with friends and also for family reunions. It is spacious and comfortable for everyone. Well furnished kitchen, screened porch is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon coctail to chill and watch/listen to the waves! The house is convenient to great restuarants, shopping and d'town Charleston. Great place to vacation!!!!

Comments:

Great place for a girl's getaway. We vacationed in October to take advantage of perfect golf weather. Found it was also perfect for shopping in Charleston and beach walks. The house is ideal. It's not run down like some beach rentals, and there's a ton of room (with 4 bathrooms, no waiting to get dressed in the morning!). The beautiful beach is right across the street. Hope to bring my family back in the spring.

Comments:

We had a great time in Isle of Palm, it was our first time there, and the house was perfect for a family with kids. We used the screened-in porch, the outside shower, and the kitchen was nice and roomy for the cooking we did. We walked the 25 feet to the beach every day and swam in the pool in the afternoon. We were close to many restaurants and close enough to Charlston. We will definitely return next summer.
