We have various apartments with a budget to suit everyone and unlike many other apartment owners we also cater to two person prices out of main season. Furthermore because we market & manage every aspect of letting ourselves we are very competitive on price and are also able to guarantee absolute cleanliness at all times.

We have 270 North (Apt 11), which is a new 5 star rated apartment overlooking Fistral Beach and is situated right next to the beach / sea. Ours is a two bedroom apartment with lift to its own floor (security protected) and with its own garage. This apartment really does have everything and we were first to buy and had choice! ******

Waters Edge (Apt 17), which is a top floor apartment 4 Star rated apartment situated further along the road from 270 North and is also right next to the Fistral Beach with its own parking to the rear. This apartment had a brand new fitted kitchen installed early 2009 and even though the apartment is only 10 years old it is equipped to very modern and exacting standards. ******

Chatsworth Apartments overlook the Gannel Estuary and are modern, well equipped one & two bedroom apartments, the later being 4 Star rated, ideally situated between Fistral Beach, boating lake and town centre. Fantastic views over the Gannel from the front of Chatsworth and a safe haven to be based with own parking and places to sit out. ******

270 North & Waters Edge are let Saturday to Saturday
Chatsworth are let Friday to Friday

Directions:

Directions from A30 to Chatsworth Apartments, Waters Edge & 270 North, Newquay Stay on the A30 South West until junction marked Newquay / Indian Queens – A39 / A392. At the traffic Island take 3rd exit marked Newquay / Wadebridge. At the next traffic Island take the 2nd Exit marked Newquay On reaching Quintrell Downs go straight across at the traffic Island passing the large supermarket to your right At the bottom of the Hill you will reach a small Island and you need to bear right onto Trevemper Road, staying on the A392. You will then pass a petrol station to your right and you need to then bear left at the next traffic Island into Gannel Road. Chatsworth House & Holiday apartments on the right. Continue along the Gannel Link road for about ¾ mile, turning left at the traffic island at the top of the road. Keeping going for ½ mile before turning right onto Esplanade Road. Waters Edge on the left followed by 270 North further along the road, also on the left. Both properties facing over the sea and beach.
