Treichl The house is located about 800 meters high in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Hahnenkamm mountain, the mountain from Kitzbühel. The old town of Kitzbuhel is 800 m. Equally close is the indoor pool with two to 30 degrees warm water-filled swimming pool, massage jets, water slides, a warm cabin, solarium and sauna. Nearby trails lead to Schwarzsee and Gieringer pond or at the forest guest house, across the hermitage Seidlalm on the Hahnenkamm. From there you have the option of hiking trails to Ehrenbachhöhe and go on to Pengelstein too. A No 20 of the Hahnenkamm downhill run will close by the house. From the legendary Hahnenkamm race through the famous Streif No.21 and from the training hill with Gratisliften and children's ski school is approximately 400 m walk. The distance to the base station of the gondola and to the train station of the Hahnenkamm Kitzbuehel Hahnenkamm-approximately 550 m. The gondola is also directly reach over to the nearby ski run. The nearest cross-country trail in the direction of Herzogenaurach and Jochberg ca.250m is removed.
