Luxury 10 bedroom 18th century Cortijo with large private pool surrounded by orange groves near Sevilla.

The 200 year old Cortijo near Seville is 595 metres in size set in 20,000 square metres of orange trees. It is in the countryside of Lora del Rio but only a 7 minute drive into town.The Cortijo is accessed along a 1km country lane from the main road where there is a large, private, fully tiled 12 metre x 6 metre swimming pool(depth 1.2m—1.9m with additional 2 metres of sunken steps) with a large pool patio, outside kitchen and dining area. The rest of the private garden is laid to lawn with trees, plants and shrubs. The accomodation comprises of 10 bedrooms ( 5 of which are ensuite). There is also a family shower room and 2 cloakrooms 1 inside and 1 outside

The kitchen is well equipped with:

Cutlery, crockery, serving dishes and saucepans

2 x Fridge/Freezers ,2 x dishwasher, 2 x electric oven with gas hob.

Microwave, kettle,2 x coffee maker, toasters, English and Spanish television.

There is also a utility area with 2 x washing machine,2 x tumble driesr and a sun terrace above for drying clothes. The games room offers table tennis, pool table and games console. The 71m2 lounge has a large fireplace and vaulted ceiling with English and Spanish television, dvd player, cd player. There is a pc and limited wifi internet.

All bed linen, towels and swimming towels are provided for your stay.

Both the lounge and dining room are airconditioned.

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances au Cortijo.
Accueil chaleureux, maison très très agréable, calme, au beau milieu d'orangers. Il fait bon y passer des vacances. Si vous souhaitez passer un été sous le soleil espagnol, allez là-bas vous y serez très bien accueillis par cette famille anglaise au petits soins pour vous.

We have just returned from a family celebration at the Cortijo, we couldn't fault the level of facilities & accommodation. Would highly recommend this villa for anybody looking for a venue for a large family/friend gathering situated in beautiful setting.

Just had a great stay at the Cortijo, our family all enjoyed the facilities which were exactly as stated on the website, Carmona is only 20 minutes away and is well worth the trip out if you want to eat in authentic Spanish style with a choice of at least 3 top restaurants. All in all we were very pleased with the accommodation its generous size, high standard and will definitely return.

Estuvimos encantados el fin de semana que estuvimos allí. La casa está muy bien y las instalaciones tambien, sobre todo la piscina y la barbacoa. La nota es un 5.

Hola, somos un grupo de matrimonios con sus hijos de 6 a 15 años, estuvimos el Puente del Pilar, lo pasamos genial, la casa estupenda y los dueños lo mismo. Disfrutamos muchísimo todos, niños y mayores.
