It is located in Playacar Phase 1, right on the magnificent white sand beach. Playacar Phase 1 is a secure, residential community located just south of the ferry dock to Cozumel and between the beach and 10th avenue in Playa del Carmen.

Villa Jacques is adequate for up to 8 persons and it features 3 bedrooms with complete bathrooms each one and can be ren. All bedrooms have their own bathroom; no need to share a bath! The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and sliding glass doors which lead to the patio/pool. The second bedroom has 2 individual-sized beds, (easily pushed together for a king bed if desired) and another door that leads to the side of the house. The third bedroom, which faces a garden, also has a king-sized bed. The villa features dining rooms both outdoors and indoors. Besides, it has a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Enough space for a BBQ grill is considered in this indoor living area. Ceiling fans refresh this house that offers telephone, satellite television, and CD / DVD player for your entertainment.

You'll enjoy magnificent sunrises from the private patio overlooking the dazzling turquoise Caribbean Sea. The sparkling swimming pool is a unique feature for an oceanfront home.
