Tall Cedars, Pines and Oaks surround our home. Leave right from the house and hike through the Stanislaus National forest on foot or experience some of the best mountain biking that Northern California offers.

The open floor plan of this level keeps everyone in sight.

The kitchen is fully furnished. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, portable dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, stove and refrigerator.

The dining room has a antique bamboo fold table for 8 with chairs and views of the lake and trees.

The living room has a double size hide-a-bed, recliner and love seat. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, games, books, wireless internet, videos and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The view is across the lake and the trees. The home is heated and cooled by forced air.

Up eight stairs to the open floor plan of the master bedroom and adjoining 2nd bedroom with canvas curtains to use for privacy.

The master bedroom has a double size bed, cable TV and views of the Stanislaus National forest out the window.

The second bedroom has a total of four single beds (2 trundle bed with a pull out of 2 more under bed), TV, DVD and views of the Stanislaus National Forest.

The bathroom is a shower, sink and toilet.

Lakemont Pines lake is directly across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.
