Laundry room includes washer and dryer. Large Moroccan family room and a "European" living room with a nice sectional. Beautifull fireplace.
The front door opens on a private covered terrace with a view on the pool and partial ocean views.
The appartment features beautifull marble floors and "Tadellakt" wall finish.
Appartment complex has a nice swimming pool as well as a kiddie pool, 24/7 security and underground garages. Nicely maintained and well kept.
The location of the appartment is further down closer to the beach than it looks on the map. It is about 2 minutes walk from the sand.
