This 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath home offers a spacious open floor plan with ceiling to floor glass on bay side and large windows on ocean side for a spectacular view. A glassed in porch provides easy access to the beach or bay or just relaxing! The porch is solid wood with tile flooring, a small refrigerator, a TV and Stereo. The main living level is tiled. There is a large living area on the bay side with a game table and queen sleep sofa. The kitchen features corian counters, solid wood cabinets, a built in extra ice maker, and all major appliances. It overlooks a den and dining area with a gorgeous Ocean View. There is a half bath and laundry area off of the kitchen. The third floor houses the 3 bedrooms and two baths, with hardwood floors, ceiling to floor glass on the bay side and a large window in the Master overlooking the Ocean. The large Master Bedroom/Bath features double sinks, a king size bed and plenty of closet space.

Directions:

Travel over the three mile bridge into Gulf Breeze. Stay straight on 98 for one mile and take the turn to the right that says "Pensacola Beach". Travel over the Island Bridge onto Santa Rosa Island (Pensacola Beach). Travel down about 1/4 mile and turn right on Ft. Pickens Road. Santa Rosa Island is a narrow barrier island with ocean/bay view on both sides, which is visible from the road.
