There is a Spectacular view of the Great Pyramids from the Private Roof terrace

This apartment is owned and managed by a British woman who resides in the same building therefore i will usually be available to assist you during your stay should you require this.

The apartment is situated in a quiet street in the village of Nazlet el Saman yet close to the main attractions. Get a taste of the real Egypt by immersing yourself into the community, you will find the local people very hospitable and friendly.

This AC apartment is spacious and can easily accomodate 6 people, it is newly furnished in a modern style and you will find it is extremely well equipped.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, it consists of an entrance lounge with a sofa and table, a fast speed internet connection, the living area contains 2 comfortable sofa beds, table, flat screen TV/ satelite, a dvd & cd player.

There are 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom contains a king size bed, wardrobes & dressing table with mirror & a safety deposit box.

The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, wardrobe & dressing table with mirror.

There is a fully fitted kitchen/diner, dining table & seating for 6 people, you will find everything you need, a 5 ring cooker with oven, a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender and ample saucepans, crockery & cutlery.

The apartment benefits from an automatic washing machine.

There is a very large bathroom with a Jacuzzi and shower.

There are marble floors throughout. All utilities, linen and towels will be provided.

The main attractions are only 10 minutes walk and there are many small supermarkets, restaurants and bazarres enroute.

You will have exclusive use of the roof terrace, relax on the sun beds, sipping cool drinks on those lovely hot summer days or enjoy the sound and light show over the Pyramids in the evening from the terrace.

The apartment is within easy reach of the main city of Cairo where the famous Egyptian museum is among many other tourist attractions.

A pay as you go mobile on the local network will be provided for your use and you can get top up credit for this from most local supermarkets.

Tours can be arranged for you at very competative rates, also i can arrange airport transfers.

The apartment is aproximately 40 mins driving from the airport, Cairo is around 30 mins driving however this can also be accessed from the metro station in Giza, taxis are readily available and cheap and there is also also a railway station in Giza.

Egypt's climate is ideal for vacations all year round with constant sunshine and very little rain, daytime temperatures average between 19 - 35 degrees depending on the season.

This is an ideal location and base for anyone who would like to visit upper and lower Egypt, Luxor and Sharm el Sheik are only 1 hour flying time, there is also a direct train to Luxor and coach links to Sharm .

Coptic Cairo - visit the Hanging Church also Abu Sergius Church where it is claimed Mary & Joseph sought refuge with baby Jesus after fleeing persecution from King Herod. Here also you will find the oldest Synagogue.

Take a trip on the River Nile either a felucca or an evening Nile Cruise with buffet and entertainment

I’m a business traveler who has been trekking outside the US for over a year now. I’ve stayed in many apartments during that time. Catherine’s flat is spacious, comfortable and ideally located. It’s close to the Pyramids but tucked away from the high tourist traffic of the village. Moreover, the view from her rooftop patio is truly astounding. As someone who relies on the Internet for work, I was a bit apprehensive about my connection in Egypt. Her apartment had the necessary bandwidth to make my extended, five-week stay in Giza possible. Catherine is an extremely kind and friendly person who I feel privileged to have met. She was dedicated to making my experience the best it could be and I thank her for it.

What a fantastic week we had! Who wants to go to cairo and be stuck in a bad, small hotel pretending that it is four stars? If you want a real feel of the chaos of cairo, with one of the most incredible views in the world, in a huge apartment, with toys for the kids, with your own kitchen, spa, terrace, with the safety net of having an extremely helpful english speaking owner upstairs, this is the place for you. Its great for your budget, Giza is wonderful, the taxi ride to cairo is cheap. We felt like we lived there. We had a wonderful week.

From our initial enquiries into renting this apartment, to the last day of our holiday, the service that Catherine has provided has been wonderful. The location is stunning and you get the fantastic experience of living side by side with the local people, but with the reassurance of having Catherine on hand to help with any difficulties. The apartment itself is spotless and very spacious and comfortable. We used her friend Tarek to take us on some tours and cannot speak highly enough of him. His knowledge of his subject is extensive and he goes the extra mile to ensure that his guests feel like one of the family! We will definitely return and would recommend Pyramid View to other couples or families who are able-bodied ( lots of stairs up to the accomodation) and have a sense of adventure!

Catherine's initial response to my enquiry was prompt. She was most happy to answer any questions i had. What a delightful apartment this is. I was really overwhelmed at my 1st sight of it. I was impressed by how clean and immaculate it was on our arrival. It's very well equipped with all modern appliances, well needed air conditioning, a Jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the Pyramids. What more can one ask for... 12 nights of bliss were spent here by us,... what more can I say ...Wow... Wow...Wow, I love it and I can't wait to return. Beware you people who want to rebook as we could be fighting over this apartment. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. In my opinion it's 5* 1st class. Many thanks for your warmth & Hhspitality Catherine, we will see you again real soon.
