The convenience of a second kitchen on the upper floor makes it the ideal house for two or three generations sharing or two families travelling together.

Around the 10metre Pebbletec pool is plenty of open terracing with sunloungers and a large covered area with comfortable settees and chairs and a dining table and chairs.

There is covered parking for two cars and plenty more open parking area within the 2500m2 walled and gated plot, and beyond the terraces the garden is mainly graveled and planted with mature trees and shrubs.

Salir de la autovía E15 en la salida 529. Va siguiendo las indicaciones para Campo de Golf. Desde el Hotel, coge la direccion este, 800m. Cuando se ve una nave en ruina en la izquierda, coge el camino en la izquierda. En 400m hay una piedra con el nombre de la casa Las Tortugas, en la derecha. Gira en la derecha e la casa se ve en 400metros.
