Additionally unlike most condominiums our residence provides SPACE; fifty percent larger than most 1 Bedroom properties. The living area contains a sleeper sofa, rattan lounge chair, 32” flat-panel HDTV for your enjoyment and relaxation. Included for your use are a selection of DVDs, board games and books for after those long days on the beach or shopping. The Master Bedroom contains a king bed, end tables, lamps, another 32” flat-panel HDTV, and private access to the over sized outdoor balcony. The balcony is over 190 square feet compared to the typical 50 square feet at most one bedroom properties. Enjoy beach breezes and sunsets on the balcony from the chaise lounge after a long day shopping.
