Beautiful 2 bedroom/2bath ground floor condo is a short walk across the OVC property to the ocean. Our unit has recently been placed on the rental market. It has been updated with new paint, carpeting, appliances, and furnishings. Our condo is stylishly decorated and vacationers have repeatedly commented on how comfortable and clean our unit is. Unit E-12 is adjacent to the tennis courts and around the corner from the heated pool. Unit is also near the clubhouse with internet access access and fitness equipment.

Our unit has a fully furnished kitchen for preparing a home cooked meal ,or better yet, we are near many restaurants for dining out! Our unit has beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and childrens toys. We have a new HGTV in the living room, a TV in the master bedroom, and a small TV in the guest bedroom connected to a DVD player for the kids to watch their favorite movies, or they can watch our movie collection. access. Ocean Village Club is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. The complex sits on a large amount of land, so the buildings are spaced out to provide privacy and ensure a quiet, peaceful environment. The complex is 3-4 blocks from Winn Dixie, Blockbuster, Publix, and Starbucks! Across the street are small restaurants.

St. Augustine Beach is less than 5 miles from of the oldest city in the US. Over the Lion's Bridge is downtown St. Augustine with
numerous historical sites and activities. Within 10-15 miles of the beach are two LARGE outlet malls hosting every imaginable item to
purchase at reasonable prices.
