Overlooked by the unique sky-bridge, it has a ceiling fan and patio doors looking out onto the pool area and lake beyond. A large screen multi channel American cable TV with DVD/VCR is installed in the lounge and there are TVs in all the bedrooms - most equipped with DVD or Video. In addition a cassette/CD player is also available for your entertainment. A Playstation 2 is provided at no extra charge, and there's also a selection of music, books and games for you to enjoy. There is also a GAMES ROOM with 8' Pool Table, Air Hockey and Soccer Table all professionally installed to provide hours of entertainment and challenges for everyone!!

The fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker, waste-disposal unit and double sink will more than cater for all your needs. Adjacent is a Breakfast Nook with table and chair seating for four. The kitchen also incorporates a breakfast bar with enough seating for three people. For your convenience, there is a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board in a separate utility room. All linen and towels are provided for.

A separate dining area with a stunning column support glass table will seat six people. The third double bedroom, which overlooks the lake, has a luxurious teak Queen-size feature bed. It is also equipped with its own TV and is fully furnished to a very high standard. It shares a large bathroom with one other room.

There are two other twin themed bedrooms that the kids or young at heart will love. One has a Disney theme whilst the other is themed in American sports. Both these rooms share a bathroom and are equipped with TV.

Your own private heated pool has been extended to give extra enjoyment. The raised Jacuzzi Spa bath with a waterfall running into the pool provides a soothing background for the ultimate in relaxation. Once out there you won't want to go back in for anything so we’ve even provided a cabana shower outside on the deck so you can cool off! The south facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. The stunning extended deck gives an exceptional feeling of space and tranquillity. Overlooking a natural lake and woodlands it also has a high degree of privacy.
