For rent is the lover 1200 sqft two (2) bedroom and two (2) Bathroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and AC in the bedrooms.

Enjoy the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea and the quite, private property beach equipped with lounge chairs and a hammack. Shallow waters and dock access facilitate all kind of water sports, activities, boating, snorkeling and diving.

Our location is just a few walking minutes away from one of the finest tour/dive operators on the island offering full activities programs:

Suya Adventure Tours: diving for beginners and advanced, snorkeling, deep see and reef fishing,
sightseeing and BBQ trips by boat and many other activities.

A grocery store and take-out BBQ place is located just a few walking minutes away.

Deposit: A deposit of a minimum 50% of the rental is required to secure a reservation (US$ or Euro). The balance, plus security deposit, is due 30 days before arrival (US$).

Security Deposit: $250 and additional $250 with pets

Reservations within 30 days of arrival: payment in full (US$ or Euro)

Refunds: Full deposit less US$100 within 30 days, no refund within 30 days of arrival
