Enjoy the comforts of your very own mountain cabin. This brand new, rustic chalet is just 5 minutes from beautiful downtown Breckenridge, Colorado.

With a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the cozy sleeping loft, this 450 square foot chalet sleeps two adults and two children comfortably. The cabin features a covered deck and private yard with mature trees and picnic tables, backing to open space.

This beautifully decorated, custom cabin backs to open space and evergreens in a family-friendly, gated resort community, just 3 miles from downtown Breckenridge, Colorado, and is just a short walk to the free shuttle to the slopes. 5 minutes to the gondolas in Breckenridge. An easy drive to Keystone Mountain (20 minutes), Copper Mountain (20 minutes), and Vail (25 minutes).

In the winter, you'll enjoy access to four ski mountains as well as the Breckenridge Nordic Center, offering snow shoeing and cross country skiing. Walk to the resort's Lodge, where you can swim in the indoor pool, relax in the hot tubs, or enjoy foosball, air hockey, ping pong, or billiards in the Lodge's game rooms.

In the summer, enjoy a hike on the open space trails just out the back of the cabin. Take a short stroll to the Blue River or Swan River (both within the gated resort) and enjoy fishing or relaxing on the shore. Bike or walk to the resort's Lodge, where you can swim in the indoor pool, relax in the hot tubs, play volleyball, basketball , or tennis, or watch the kids play at the playground. Enjoy the sights along the bike path that takes you from the resort to downtown Breckenridge (about 3 miles). Take in a day of boating on pristine Dillon Reservoir, 5 minutes from the resort's gates. At night, you can roast marshmallows at the resort's fire pit, or sit in your private yard and enjoy the stars.

We had 4 adults staying in this cute warm, cabin and the price could not have been beaten (trust me, I want the best for the steal price) Our moms, who are in their 50s, LOVED the loft. They never had trouble going up and down, as the steps are enclosed by walls. I have to disagree with the other comment about no place to stand in the loft. It is a loft to sleep in and is not a place to socialize in by any means. The kitchen and front living room are very open and that is where we socialized.

The hot tub facility doesn't close until 10pm. We loved that.

Cleanliness:
This place is brand new I think. Every appliance is new and spotlessly clean.

Surroundings:
Beautiful view of the mountains. They have other cabins close to you, but there is no partying anywhere nearby. It is so comfortable and is for the mature group of people.

Convenience of Location:
Breck is close by and if you don't want to drive, you can take the bus. It is a 10 minute walk.

Service received:
The owners of the proprty are so accomodating. They even give you their personal cell if you have any tourist questions. The staff of the facility was extremely friendly and helpful.

All in all, it was a delight and all 4 of us highly recommend staying here. We will be back again and again, without a doubt. In fact, we are planning another trip with another couple, hopefully in a few weeks, that is how much we loved it. We are all in our 30s. One guy is 6ft tall and we aren't thinking twice about the space.

Comments:

Way too small for more than a couple. Upstairs loft area very steep stairs for little kids and adults can't stand up unless your 2 feet tall. Noise of heater in master bedroom sounds like road construction.
