The most beautiful apartment with Loft

The living room has comfy furniture like sofa, loveseat and chair etc., also a sofa bed (queen-size, sleeps 2) in a corner and, of course a TV.

The bed room has a queen bed with a high very relaxing mattress on which you will sleep like an innocent baby. Linen supplied, of course. An 8' high and 4' wide mirror covers the wall in front of the bed.

Additional sleeping (2 twins and an extra cot/mattress or 2 when needed) are waiting in the loft to put your mind and body at rest.
This way the apartment sleeps up to 8 people.

There is a full bathroom and in the bathtub you can lie and recover (or take just a quick shower) after a day of sightseeing. You will find everything from face cloth to the bath towel.

The fully equipped kitchen features all appliances like stove, fridge and almost all small appliances from coffee maker to microwave, even with cutlery and china; you may prepare everything from breakfast to a gourmet dinner.
This apartment sleeps up to 8 people. There also is a separate entrance for complete privacy.

The NEW SUITE called Honeymoon Suite at Susan’s is in appearance like an apartment, just smaller. It can also be called “bachelor suite”, “apartment en miniature” or “honeymoon suite” as we have had very happy honeymooners in the past

It has been completely renovated and renewed. We used lots of natural wood and it is very cozy.
The light which comes through two large windows makes the room very bright and surely you will NOT get depressed.

This gorgeous suite can accommodate two people in the comfy queen bed and two on the futon.
We can supply a cot so that even 5 people could sleep.
Linen and towels supplied, of course.

The kitchen corner has all appliances, cutlery, dishes and everything else that you may cook a meal.
The suite has a separate entrance for your privacy.
If the price is a concern, do NOT worry. Our guests point out time and again that our prices are very moderate, even for Niagara Falls! Therefore we can say: If you have a written offer from a similar private accommodation we WILL MATCH or BEAT this price! We WANT your patronage!
Most things at Susan's are FREE, e.g. Cable TV, wireless Internet, telephone (calls within N. America are free), use of deck and sun deck, barbeque, bikes, parking and.....and.... help, smiles and advise from your friendly humorous hosts.

From Toronto From Airport take 427 south to "Q.E.W." (Queen Elizabeth Way) south (Hamilton, St. Catharines, Fort Erie) First exit in Niagara Falls is Thorold Stone Road. On Thorold Stone road turn left (east) and go down until Stanley Ave, turn right. At Bridge St. (1st light) turn left and also turn left at Homewood Ave. (1 block off Stanley) If you miss the first exit take the 2nd at HWY 420 (labelled &"Bridge to USA"). Take Highway 420 to the Falls. At Stanley Ave. (the first set of lights), turn left. At Bridge St. (3rd light turn right, turn left st Homewood Ave. 91 Block off Stanley) From Northeast US Take US 90 West towards Buffalo, New York. In greater Buffalo you should then take exit #53. Sign for Exit #53 also says "Bridge to Canada" and "US 190 North". Drive approximately 8 miles and then take "Exit #9" to Peace Bridge into Canada. Take "Q.E.W." (Queen Elizabeth Way) Toronto/Niagara. Drive approximately 18 miles to Niagara Falls. Take "HWY 420" to the Falls and at Stanley Ave. (the first set of lights) turn left. At Bridge St. (3rd light) turn right and at Homewood Ave. turn left. From US Midwest & Ontario Take HWY 401 to Q.E.W. Niagara. When the highway splits stay left and take the exit for highway 420 labelled "Bridge to USA". Take highway 420 to the falls. At Stanley Ave. (the first set of lights), turn left. At Bridge St. (3rd light) turn right and turn left at Homewood Ave.
