The villa itself is elegant and comfortable and perfect for self-catering holidays for family groups. Happy days can be spent enjoying the large private pool, exploring the 10 acres of land and fishing in the stream. For those who want to explore the area there is much to see including Lake Bolsena where you can swim, water ski, jet ski, explore the lake on pedelos and visit the beautiful island of Bisenti by boat. The city of Orvieto is only 30 minutes away and a visit will keep shoppers, historians and gastronomes happy all day long. Nearer home is the fascinating 'dying city' of Civita di Bagnoregio, a tiny town perched on the top of what remains of a an earthquake 300 years ago, and offers spectacular panoramic views.
