Amapola House Ocean View Villa is a brand-new, private, three-level vacation rental villa located on an ocean-view hillside, just three minutes from Sandy Beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Enjoy hillside breezes and stunning views from any of the three terrace levels at this brand-new vacation villa, located on the least traveled beach access road and just minutes from the seashore.

Amapola House is a single vacation villa that offers total privacy and intimate comfort in a serene Caribbean setting. Amapola House is a private, stand-alone Vacation Home. It's not a 'condo villa', 'shared villa', 'villa apartment', nor a 'villa unit'. All facilities are for the exclusive use of our Guests.

VIP Concierge Services: Upon your arrival, you are personally met by our manager, who will give you a tour of the villa and show you all of our amenities and answer all your questions. You'll be furnished guide books and our local newspaper that tells you all the places to go and everything that's happening during your stay. During your stay, our manager will be available to assist you. Catered meals and other services can be furnished upon request. Upon checking-out, our manager will be present to assist you with any return travel questions and to make sure that nothing is left behind.

Amapola House offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a Starlight Veranda and a rooftop Sunset Terrace with a jumbo spa tub that overlooks a vast nature preserve and the sea. An optional fourth bedroom suite is situated on its own level and offers a private bathroom and terrace. The interior is designer-decorated and includes heirloom antiques and historic photos of Old Rincon.

Just minutes from the golden sand and pristine waters of Sandy Beach, this spacious and elegant vacation villa can comfortably accommodate an entire family or a large group of up to eight persons. Posted rates are for three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which accommodate up to six guests. For the four bedroom and three bathroom rates, which accommodate up to eight guests, please contact us. For larger groups, an adjacent twin home is also available.

Directions:

Getting to Amapola House: From San Juan, take Route 22 West (Toll Turnpike) and continue on Route 2 West when the Turnpike ends and continue on Route 2 as it turns South (4 Lane Highway) at Aguadilla. We recommend by-passing the town of Aguada and making a right turn at Route 402 and a right turn at Route 115 directly into Rincon; it only takes a few more minutes and avoids all the Aguada turns, traffic, stop lights and is more scenic. Once you enter Rincon and pass the Town Square, make a left turn behind the Church and another left turn at Playero Surf Shop towards Route 413. Continue towards and pass the Lighthouse road up the hill to Puntas Bakery. At the top of the hill, make a left turn behind the Bakery down to the beach and make a right turn at the first road, Vista Linda. Make a quick right turn, then a quick left turn and continue up the hill to Amapola House on the right. From Aguadilla, take Route 2 South (4 Lane Highway) at Aguadilla. Every once in a while, we find the perfect combination of value, comfort, and a sophisticated design esthetic. Amapola House is just one of those places. From the comfortable beds with luxury linen, to the fully equipped kitchen (the wine cooler a winner!), to the plentiful hot water in the well laid-out bathrooms and the obvious care and detail of the décor.
