The Condo is in Condado, on the beach, next to the Marriot. If you are

not familiar with Condado Beach area, it is perhaps the most popular, and

well maintained, beach in Puerto Rico. The condo Stella Maris

is on the beach, facing the ocean, and 4 floors up (the building has an

elevator). The Living room has very large sliding doors that open onto

the balcony, which overlooks the beach. The bedroom has a Queen sized

bed. The living room sofa opens to a Queen sized bed as well, so the

condo can accommodate 4 adults. There is a Pack ‘N Play available

For younger children. The condo comes furnished with all

linens, towels, kitchen equipment, stereo, CD player, tape deck, cable

TV, VCR/DVD, Wireless Cable Modem, air conditioner, and many other amenities

. All you need to bring

are your clothing and music.

The building is very secure. The property is fully enclosed and gated.

A key is required to enter the compound as well as the lobby. The elevator

also is keyed which will only open to your specific floor. There is a Laundry

room on the ground floor of the building with coin operated washers and

dryers (cost is $1.25 per load). Your lobby key opens the Laundry room.
