Wonderful newly remodeled condo on Lake Erie - great fishing, swimming,bird watching, nature walks or relaxing

Fresh and clean condo on the shores of Lake Erie, ofter reffered to as the "WALLEYE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD". We also have some great perch fishing just a few miles from our lake access marina. We are located off of State Route 2 which is the "Lake Erie Scenic Costal Road". Since we are situated about half way between Toledo and Sandusky, Ohio, we are about 1/2 hour from Cedar Point Amusement Park, and minutes from the Ottawa County Wildlike Preserve (Magee Marsh) and Port Clinton where you can catch a boat ride to Put-In-Bay, Kellys Island and several other scenic and exciting islands of Lake Erie. Our resort has a beautiful heated swimming pool (that our condo is steps away from), a catch and release pond, tennis courts, basketball court, fish cleaning stations and a 30' dock if you need it.

OUR CONDO HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH ALL NECESSARY APPLIANCES AND EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING MICROWAVE AND COFFEE MAKER. WE FURNISH ALL THE LINENS, TOWELS AND WE DO THE CLEANING AFTER YOUR VISIT, SO ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SHOW UP AND ENJOY YOURSELF.

OUR RATE IS $100/NIGHT OR $550/WEEK. NO PETS OR SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE CONDO. WE ONLY HAVE SHORT TERM RENTALS (2 NIGHT MIN.) DURING FISHING SEASON BUT WE WILL DO LONGER TERMS DURING THE "OFF SEASON".

THERE IS (1) FULL SIZE BED, (1) SET OF BUNK BEDS, (1)FULL SIZE SLEEPER SOFA AND (1) FUTON ON THE 30' THREE SEASON DECK. THERE IS A WASHER/DRYER AND TWO TVs WITH CABLE
