$500 for New Years Holiday, reservations 4 Months in advance or 1 month+ stays.

Full Balance due 30 days PRIOR to Check-IN with credit card payment.
Check due 45 days PRIOR to Check-IN.

We're a local couple and manage our own properties.
We treat you like family plus we're just a phone call away, whenever you need us.

CANCEL POLICY:
Cancel forfeits Deposit - NO Refunds.
Cancel 60 days PRIOR = 25% rental fee + deposit.
Cancel 30 days PRIOR = 50% rental fee + deposit.
If we rent out the same dates cancelled, fee will be returned in full.
NO refunds for NO shows, same day cancel and early departures.
Cancel notice must be in writing (E-Mail).
Confirmed dates and Total Cost of stay amount is FINAL at reservation.
