It is brand new (finished in July 2006) and from the terrace on the ground floor and from the balcony on the first floor there is at stunning view over the Mediterranean Sea, the Greek island Meis and the charming fishing village of Kas. The apartment is situated only 5-10 minutes walk from the harbour, the old town of Kas and an attractive swimming area. The property has it own parking space and from the terrace there is direct access to a common area with 30 square meter pool and outdoor barbeque space. This area is shared with only two other apartments in the building. Two of the apartments are owned by us and can be rented together, ideal for two families.

Comments:

We were very pleased with our stay at this apartment. It was extremely comfortable with stellar views and a pool for the kids. The manager of the property was very helpful. I highly recommend this place and the area.
