Waters Edge is a beachfront villa atop a beautiful, palm-fringed sandy knoll in North Palmetto Point. It is a casually elegant, yet extraordinarily comfortable, beach house filled with tropical artwork and designer furniture.

The house is designed for the ultimate privacy for couples or families with two master suites, each with its own master bath. Each bedroom has its own satellite TV, designer bed linens, and unique décor. The bedrooms have a sliding glass door onto the deck and overlook the ocean. Bathrooms are stocked with hairdryers, shampoo, bath soap/body wash.

The great room and kitchen are wonderful for group gatherings, with a comfortable overstuffed sofa in the living area to spend watching DVDs or the satellite TV. The island bar is great for breakfasts and quick meals. Or friends and family can sit around and chat while making dinner after a long day at the beach. The more formal, glass-top table in the dining room is great for that "special" dinner of local lobster.

Spend time relaxing or dining alfresco on the large, partially covered front deck that faces the ocean. Or wake up to morning coffee watching the great blue herons and ducks from the deck overlooking the pond at the back of the house.

A path leads to the fabulous dune deck overlooking the gorgeous, deserted pink sand beach, where sandpipers and sand crabs outnumber people. Relax in the Adirondack chairs and catch the warm tropical breezes that keep the deck perfectly cooled all day for sunning, reading and daydreaming. At night, more stars can be seen than many will see in a lifetime.

Snorkeling and swimming are just steps away in the clear blue waters teeming with coral reefs and brilliantly colored tropical fish. According to locals, the reefs at our beach are some of the best on Eleuthera. A few yards down the beach is one of the most beautiful coves on the island, perfect for little children, beginning snorkelers and full of tropical fish, lobster, and coral. With all of this, you may never want to leave our little hideaway in paradise.

Take a walk along the miles of deserted beach in front of Waters Edge where there are shells galore for one to find! Search for the magical sea bean, a treasure that makes a floating journey across the Atlantic and promises the finder good luck for many years.

We have caretakers who are available throughout your stay to assist with all needs, including help with restaurants or excursions. They will meet guests at the airport and bring them to the house. The house is equipped with wireless internet. Shampoo and body wash is provided, as well as some snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers

Directions:

Waters Edge is easy to find. Most car rentals will pick you up at the airport and take you to Waters Edge. We also can provide a map. It is very easy to get to since there is one main road in Eleuthera and all road go east or west off of the main highway. Once you go east off of the main highway, you will turn right at a T stop ( you must turn right or left) and travel 2 miles to our house. You cant miss the house because of the signature Adirondack chairs and yellow house with green shutters!
