Example: Fresh fruit, locally baked fresh bread, sliced meat, juice, eggs, coffee & tea. Daily maid service. Caretakers on premises (in separate private quarters) to care for your needs. Comments:

I've called the owner and he told me he lives in the house, but he doesn't even speak Portuguese. He has so many rules, requires to pay all in advance and doesn't give you any kind of guarantee. I have some friends that live in Natal and I asked the owner if they could, at least, go and see the house before we close the deal and he refused. Basically he'd told I' wouldn't be a good match for the house. Why? Because I want to make sure the house is there before pay for it?
