Rural Estate ‘’ Ferme la Granette" in Villemus. This beautiful farmhouse has been totally renovated in 1994 and lies in the protected natural area the " National Parc du Luberon" near the beautiful village Villemus. This farmhouse is a very enjoyable holiday house with a much space (250m2) and supplies, have a heated swimming pool and offer to place to 9 a 10 persons and lies on 4.5 ha own garden/area. You’ll have a magnificent view at the “Alpes” and the “Mont du Lure” and no direct neighbours.
There are four large bedrooms and every bedroom has a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a bathroom and suite and the other two bedrooms has a bathroom on the hallway. One bedroom lies on the first floor in the old " Pigonnerie" and has a small balcony, three bedrooms are lying on the ground floor and two of them have opening doors to a terrace.
There is a separate washing room whit a big (American)washing machine and wash drier.
“Ferme la Granette" has a big reception room, a large living-kitchen, a very big living room with fireplace and a wood stove, a separate toilet and are there is central heating in the complete house.
There are several terraces around the house, so that on the different times of the day always can choose or one wants stay in the sun or the shade.
From the kitchen you come on a large covered terrace, there stands a large dining table, a étagère impose the bath towels and a big BBQ(on gas) .
The swimming pool (heated) lies totally private with a dimension of 10 at 5 meters, has a shower, has an alarm and is maintained by the garden man.
There is a vegetable garden which is maintained by the garden man, depending on the season is there for the tenants vegetable available. There are also many fruit trees.
The end cleaning, electricity, bed-, bath and kitchen linen is all included in the prices.

Villemus (04) is a very little rural village not far from Apt, Manosque and Forcalquier.
