.The villa overlooks the quiet, old village of Gokcebel with panoramic sea and countryside views and fabulous sunsets. A 2 minute drive takes you to several supermarkets, banks, hairdressers and small cafes. 5 minutes by car into the village Yalikavak and its marina, beaches, restaurants and shops. Only 40 minutes from Bodrum Airport. Full air conditioning, wi-fi and satellite TV are all available at no extra cost.
The villa is on two levels, with one flight of stairs. Although it is suitable for the active elderly, there is a flight of 18 steps from the car park up to the house. The garden is on a level with the pool and house
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and has en-suite with large terrace and magnificent views
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and access to the upstairs terrace
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with wardrobes.

Utility Room: In the understairs walk-in cupboard there is an iron, ironing board, clothes dryers, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials
Living Rooms: The spacious lounge and dining area offers 40” lcd tv, satellite box and dvd player with a good library of dvds and cds and of course wireless internet is available. The large dining table seats 6 people with ease.
Other: Upstairs there is also a small office with exercise bike and dumbells should you feel the need! Exercise whilst surveying the magnificent view.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All towels, including pool towels are included. All linen is provided. Washing machine is available for your use. If you would like a midterm washing service this can be arranged for a small fee.
