The idea of escape from the city and treat yourself to a few days or a weekend of complete relaxation, the periods of spring and early summer are ideal for those who want to spend their holidays amid beautiful beach walks and excursions in our beautiful medieval villages and the nature of the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga, which is only half an hour.
The Holiday House "House of Franco" is located in Via Legnano, 15 in the middle of a residential area just 200 meters from the sea, ideal for holidays in Alba Adriatica relaxation and fun.
The apartment (55 sqm + 15 sqm balcony) is located on the second floor of a new building equipped with elevator and consists of:

- Living room with kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric oven and LCD TV;
- Bedroom with double bed and cot / bed;
- Bedroom with bunk beds and wardrobe;
- Bathroom with shower;
- Large balcony equipped with washing machine.

The rates vary from a minimum of 250 € to a maximum of 600 € per week depending on the period chosen and the number of people housed.
During the months of March, April, May, June, September and October for periods less than a week from 50 € per day.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of four people.

The prices include:

- Water, electricity, gas and heating in winter;
- Use of all equipment provided;
- Supply of bed linen and towels;
- Initial and final cleaning;
- Assigned parking inside the building;
- Lift.

SUPPLEMENTS:

- Air conditioning is not mandatory: 50 € per week.
