Bracciano is a small historic town popular for its well-preserved medieval castle, which has hosted a number of events and weddings of actors and singers such as Tom Cruise and Eros Ramazzotti. The town is surrounded by a spectacular countryside and built upon the shore of a volcanic lake, Bracciano Lake, which is the eighth largest lake in Italy and widely used for swimming and other water sports such as sailing, canoeing and windsurfing.

This lovely and characteristic Italian flat is a suitable 'piede a terre' for single travellers, couples as well as families, as it can comfortably host 4 people. It comprises of 1 master bedroom, a large and light living room with king size sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and an extra toilet. It is located just on the outskirts of Bracciano in a quiet residential area and benefits from outside parking, use of communal gardens, playground where children can play safely away fro the road, tennis and basketball courts. It is also close to shops such as supermarket, bar and hairdresser and a local restaurant it is also nearby.

There is also an urban bus just on the main road which goes to Rome in about 1hr. An urban railway connects Bracciano to Rome every half an hour reaching the heart of the City in about 40 minutes.
