This luxurious home sits on the banks of Scorton Creek, a tidal marsh with fantastic high and low tides and breathtaking views leading to Cape Cod Bay. The Great Room has a fireplace, a 52” wall-mounted HD TV and French doors that lead to a 2000 square foot mahogany deck. The gourmet kitchen features a large, granite island, stainless steel appliances, including a (60) bottle wine fridge, and plenty of space for serious cooks and foodies alike. The kitchen also features a large, wood burning fireplace so it’s cozy enough to curl up with a good book. You can watch the tide come in through the extra wide doors leading to the deck and overlooking the creek.

Master suite has a wood burning stove, a shower, a claw-foot tub with massaging jets and incredible views of the creek from its private balcony. The house has a huge second master bedroom with a king bed, private staircase, a full bathroom and loft area configured as a fully functioning office. This space is perfect for in-laws or parents with small children. The basement includes an additional 2000 square feet of finished space with a fantastic Man Room including an 8’ billiards table, custom wet bar with refrigerator, wall mounted HD TV, ping pong table, poker table, dart board, (3) bar stools, and (2) lounge chairs. It also boasts French doors which lead to a blue stone patio. The basement bedroom has a king bed and another workstation with privacy if someone in your party need to get some work done. The entire house has high-speed wireless internet access.

All this and we still haven’t reached the best part – the house is directly on the water! The expansive wrap-around deck has breathtaking views of the salt marsh and the deck stairs lead right to Scorton Creek. Enjoy watching the parade of kayakers, boaters, floaters, bridge jumpers all from your perch on the deck or join in by using the numerous floats, kayaks, and canoe at your disposal. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the hammock or any one of the lounge chairs. You can also fire up the charcoal grill and play a couple of games of corn hole or horseshoes. The house also has rights to the private beach association which is a treat for those who wish to catch some rays, play in the bay, or take a walk along the longest stretch of private beach left on Cape Cod.
