It has features such as a large two story high entrance hall, 24 hour security with reception desk, personal secured underground parking space inside the building, multiple elevators and one of the most exclusive locations in all of Lima with stunning views - also pretty much all amenities you could think of are nearby within walking distance, i.e. public parks, restaurants, clubs, casinos, the Pacific Ocean, shopping malls etc.

The introductory rates for this condo start at $525/week + $20 (final cleaning) including fresh linens and towels, cable TV with many english channels, free WiFi Internet connectivity, 24 hour security, secure subterranean parking (best spot in the whole garage!), all utilities and taxes Special rates and discounts are available for stays with a duration longer than 3 weeks. Minimum stay is 1 week as with all of our apartments.
