For rent an apartment closy by everything, for 1300€-1900€ / week. We rent exclusively and necessarily from Saturday to Saturday during the months of May, June, July, August, September, October. We refuse all requests that are out of the first Saturday of 15 pm at the beginning of the stay until Saturday morning 11 am at the departure day of each week. Exceptionally we will provide days of week available unleased between the beginning of the first Saturday of stay until the end of other Saturday of the stay. You must understand that we rent a week from Saturday to Saturday, all requests outside these time limits will be refused.

Apartment 65 m² for 6 persons with large mezzanine 10 m² with a beautiful sea and ancient port view. Fully renovated as new. All equipped. Ideally located: quiet pedestrian street, on the 3rd floor of a building located in the heart of the old village of St-Tropez in an area classified as 'Historical Monuments'.

Ideally located 10m from the church, at 15 m from shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, designer shops, at 25 m of the ancient port, at 50-100m from the nightclubs, at 40 meters from the beach of La Ponche, 250 m from the beach Graniers, 800m from the beach Cannebiers and 3km from the beach of Pampelonne, 50 meters from the taxi, 15 km from the highway, 15 km to railway station, 90km from airoport of Nice.

The apartment hasn't a garage or a place of parking, because it is located on the pedestrian street of the old village, so there are no cars that circulate in the streets. But you have a lot of places of parking (free or paid) very near (La Citadelle at 20-30 meters) (free or paid). Or the parking paid of the Port (50 meters).

The apartment consits of:
1. Living room: TV-LED 116cm with String TV and TV by Internet, video player, coffee table, large sofa-bed (6 pers seated) rapido comfort (2 pers), meridian, table for children with chairs for children.
2. Kitchen: oven-grill, induction hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, large and small pot, pan etc., cooking utensils (serving dishes and bowls, glasses, bowls, cutleries etc.), large dining table with 8 chairs. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying support for clothes.
Office corner with: Computer with monitor, keyboard, mouse connected to the Internet. Access Wi-Fi (Free).
3. Bedroom: 1 double bed (2 pers), furniture and storage.
4. Bathroom: toilet, shower pressure Italian.
5.Mezzanine: 2 single beds 1 place (2 pers).

We offer the following services-paid options:

NB! If the apartment at the giving back f the keys at the end of the stay is returned dirty, not stored, not clean, cost of rehabilitation of the apartment will be charged or deducted from the deposit.

Method of payment and reservation:
When you contact us for the first time and that the period of your stay is available, we will send you our rental contract that you must read and sign your initials on each page and 'read and approved', date and signature on the last page. You must scan the contract and send it by mail to the following address: ' ****** ' At the same time, you must do a bank transfer of 50% of the total rent of stay (you will find our bank details in the contract). When we receive the signed contract and the transfer, then your stay will be booked. In the first day of the stay, before handing over the keys and the inventory, you must pay us the entire remainder of the rent of stay and a deposit check of € 1500 which will be given back at the end if all is ok. The keys will be deliver if the entire amount of stay will be paid before entry.
